Just for the record, I don't think this is the GT350 Ford is showing in Detroit. The Boss 302R was for CTSCC. That was purely a racecar for that series. The GT350R would essentially be that, this car right here. I remember reading Multimatic had prototypes before we saw the production 15.
I've heard the Laguna Seca equivalent of the GT350 may be called "GT350XR" with the X replaced by something else. That is the car everyone is expecting on Monday. That's not say we won't see the R though, as it will begin testing so Ford might as well show it off anyway.
